JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our growing residential cleaning team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in a job well done, and values consistency and professionalism. You’ll help homeowners feel comfortable and confident in their homes by delivering high-quality, reliable cleaning services.

What You’ll Do

As a House Cleaner, you’ll be responsible for providing thorough, professional cleaning services in our clients’ homes. Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces according to company standards
  • Following room-by-room cleaning checklists and time guidelines
  • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
  • Respecting clients’ homes, belongings, and privacy
  • Communicating clearly with your manager about job progress, notes, or concerns
  • Reporting any damage, supply needs, or unusual situations promptly

 

  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable performing physical work, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
  • Able to follow systems, checklists, and instructions consistently
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
  • Professional, respectful, and trustworthy in clients’ homes
  • Willing to learn and improve through training and feedback

(Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required — we provide training.)

  • 20-30 Hrs/Week, Mon – Fri between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 o.m.
  • No nights and weekends
  • Work takes place in residential homes (not offices or hotels)
  • Daily schedules are provided in advance by management
