$24 – $28/hour

Schedule

30 – 40 hrs/week, M-F
8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.

This role is a mix of people leadership, hands-on problem solving, and day-to-day organization. You’ll be the go-to person making sure cleaning teams are supported, homes are cleaned to standard, and small issues are handled before they become big ones.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, people-focused House Cleaning Manager to help lead our growing residential cleaning team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on supporting others, enjoys managing smooth systems, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to homeowners. You’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our cleaners and ensuring our clients have a consistently high-quality experience.

Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, interview, and hire new house cleaners
  • Train new team members on cleaning standards, procedures and company expectations
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance feedback
  • Help maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
  • Become an expert in our scheduling/invoicing system and use it to keep operations organized
  • Build weekly work schedules that balance team availability, client needs, and efficiency
  • Create, update and maintain accurate company, client, and cleaner records
  • Assist with tracking hours, job completions, and performance metrics
  • Provide friendly, professional support to homeowners via phone, text, and email
  • Help clients navigate the online quoting tool and understand service options
  • Complete home walkthrough consultations to assess needs before the first clean
  • Address concerns or feedback promptly to maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure cleaning quality meets (and stays above!) company standards
  • Spot-check jobs as needed to confirm accuracy and consistency
  • Recommend improvements to processes, systems, or training materials
  • Experience supervising or leading a team (cleaning or service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable with technology, apps, and online scheduling tools
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts
  • A problem-solver with a calm, positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
